Kimahri's Distrust

From the moment he first saw him, Kimahri had very little trust in Tidus. He knew very little of the man who claims to come from the past and he certainly does not trust him to protect Yuna. Sure, Tidus made her happy but Yuna has a mission and she doesn’t need distractions or possible obstacles. Kimahri analyzed the man’s battle capabilities, his tactical skills, and his intelligence, concluding that they all needed far more fine tuning to prove truly useful. Besides that, he found the man to be arrogant, over confident, and naive to dangerous levels. He believed that he was simply too dangerous to remain in the group, even if Yuna liked him. He knew her well, and although he wanted for her to be able to make her own choices, she was young and had one purpose.

The group had made a small encampment on the outskirts of a highroad in the woods. Kimahri was out checking to make sure the area was safe.

“And then I told him, I can take on all of you at once. And I did!” Tidus boasted about beating a team of Blitzballers by himself. “No way man, I don’t believe it.” Wakka said, shaking his head. “It’s totally true, if I had the sphere on me, I’d show it to you but I swear it really happened!” Lulu and Auron gave each other a bored glance before turning back to look at the fire. “Come on Wakka, you’ve seen what Tidus can do.” Yuna came to her friend’s defense. “I know he’s got skill, but I haven’t heard of one single Blitzer who’s been able to pull something off like that. If you want me to believe it, I have to see it with my own eyes.” Tidus stomped his foot angrily. “You’re so stubborn Wakka, come on, who else agrees?” “I do!” Rikku says with lightning fast swiftness. “I do too!” Yuna chimes in. “L-lady Yuna?!” “He’s incredibly stubborn.” Lulu says softly. “Not you too Lulu.” “I agree.” “Even you sir Auron?” Wakka slumps onto the log defeated. “Th-this doesn’t prove anything!” Wakka lifts his hands in the air, exasperated. “It proves you’re stubborn.” Tidus jabs his friend in the side.

The group hears a rustling in the buses only for Kimahri to appear from the brush. “There you are Kimahri, how did the scan go?” “Kimahri no find danger.” “That’s good, looks like we can all sleep well tonight.” Rikku gets up and walks over to the Ronso. “Thanks Kimahri, you’re the best.” She pats him on the back. “Kimahri growls in a low tone. “Okay… Sorry.” Rikku sits back down. “Kimahri does need help with something. Kimahri needs Tidus to help him.” Tidus points at himself confused. “Me? What do you need me for?” Kimahri doesn’t respond. “If Kimahri needs you Tidus, I’m sure he has a good reason.” Yuna reasons. “I guess so.” Tidus gets up and walks over to Kimahri. “Okay, I’m ready when you are, lead the way.” Kimahri walks off back into the brush and Tidus follows him. “Hey, who do you think is more quiet, Kimahri or Auron?” Everyone turns to Rikku save for Auron. “It may not seem like it, but when we’re alone, Kimahri talks quite a bit. You just have to get to know him and he’ll open up.” Wakka lets out a chuckle. “I mean no offense lady Yuna, but I’ve been your guardian for a while now and Kimahri still doesn’t talk that much to me.” Lulu nods. “I think it’s rude to talk about someone else in such a way when they’re right here.” Auron startles the group and they all lower their heads in shame. “Sorry.”

Tidus follows Kimahri through the woods, looking left and right every few seconds out of sheer curiosity. “So uh… Where we headed?” Kimahri does not respond and simply keeps walking forward. Tidus rolls his eyes and continues to follow the Ronso. “I don’t really get what’s going on man. You asked me to come with you to help with something right? Well I can’t help you if you don’t tell me what you need man.” Kimahri still says nothing and continues to move forward. “Urgh...:” The human groans and begins to slow until coming to a stop. “Forget this man, I’m not moving another step until you tell me what the hell’s going on here.” Kimahri stops and glares at Tidus with a piercing gaze. “Woah there.” Tidus steps back a bit. “What’s with that look? Did I hurt your feelings or something?” Kimahri approaches the blitzer, his towering height adding to his intimidation. “What are you doing man? Quit it with the quiet act and tell me what’s going on!” Kimahri stops, standing inches away from Tidus.

“You are not worthy to be lady Yuna’s guardian.” Tidus pauses for a moment, the world around him seeming to pause save for him and the Ronso. “Is that why you dragged me out here? Look, I get you might have some issues with me but I’m just trying to help Yuna accomplish her goal like the rest of you.” Kimahri shakes his head. “You are a distraction. You are a poor warrior. You are lacking in knowledge.” Kimahri puts his finger to Tidus' head. “You are unworthy to be a guardian!” Tidus backs away in fear. “W-well what do you want me to do?!” Kimahri points in the direction opposite of the camp. “Leave. Go far away and never meet with Yuna again.” Tidus looks out into the distance before looking back at the Ronso warrior. “I can’t do that. I’m not traveling with Yuna just for her sake. I’m doing it to meet sin, Jecht. I’m not leaving, no matter what you think of me, I’m going to keep following and helping Yuna!” Kimahri stares directly into Tidus’ eyes, his gaze unflinching. “Kimahri tried to give you a chance to leave. Now, Kimahri will take care of you himself.”

Kimahri draws his lance and Tidus draws his weapon in retaliation. “Are you going to try and kill me?!” The human waits for the Ronso to attack him first but that doesn’t come. Instead, Kimahri thumps his weapon against the ground and conjures a casting circle. Tidus held his fighting stance, unsure of exactly what spell Ronso was casting. The light of the casting circle grew brighter as flecks of light began to rise. Finally, the spell is cast and Tidus prepares to dodge whatever attack might have been coming his way. He waits for a moment before starting to feel his power wane. He looked up at the trees around him, they seemed to be getting further and further away. No, that wasn’t it, he was shrinking. His body was growing smaller and smaller and he was helpless to do anything about it.

When the spell had finished, Tidus was only a few inches tall, almost smaller than a bug.

‘Thump’

Tidus heard a sound and looked toward the area the sound was coming from. His eyes widened upon what he saw. In the distance, looming larger than sin itself was Kimahri. He was a blue skinned mountain of muscle, a true warrior imposing and mighty. The giant Ronso was headed right for him.

‘Thump’, ‘Thump’, ‘Thump’.

The giant drew closer, his feet crashing into the ground with a mighty force.

‘Thump!’

Kimahri stood over Tidus, the giant’s eyes locked onto the tiny man. The giant Ronso lifted his foot over Tidus and curled his toes. Tidus cowered under the giant, the awful musky odor of the warrior threatening to knock him unconscious. The tiny man’s heart raced, his natural fight or flight instincts failing to kick in as the shadow of the giant’s foot drew closer. “Stop it!” The tiny man screamed, hoping it would make the Ronso come to his senses. The giant’s foot descended and stopped just before crushing the small man. Tidus looked up, feeling the fur of the Ronso’s foot brushing against his face.

Kimahri withdraws his foot and returns it to his side. Tidus raises himself off the ground, his body feeling weaker than earlier. “What are you doing?!” Tidus shouted. Kimahri said nothing, instead, the giant lowered his hand down toward the blitzer. Tidus looked on with horror as the giant’s hand swiftly cleared the distance between them. The tiny man tried to run away at the last second but he was far too late. He felt the warm embrace of the Ronso’s furry hand encase him. He wondered if the giant would be cruel enough to crush him into a pulp right there.

Kimahri brought Tidus to his face, his eyes still judging the tiny man. He knew what he was going to do, but he wanted to see what the blitzer’s last few actions would be so he waited a moment. “Why did you do this to me? How can I make you see I can help?” Kimahri remains silent and simply watches the tiny man. “Do you want me to take you on at this size? Is that it? If that’s what it takes, I-I’ll do it!” Tidus draws his blade and starts to charge at the Ronso’s finger. He slashes away at Kimahri’s thump, the skin and fur far too thick for his small blade to have any effect. “W-what?!” Tidus was surprised by his lack of impact and prepared to strike again. Before he could, he felt something gripping his blade and pulling at it. The blitzer turns around to see Kimahri’s fingers pulling his sword away from him. He tries to fight back, pulling at his sword with all his might but he was easily overpowered by the larger man. The Ronso takes his sword and tucks it at his side. Now without a weapon, Tidus did not know what to do.

Kimahri shakes his head in disappointment. He opens his mouth, a wave of hot air blowing over Tidus. The tiny man stares into the giant’s maw, wet and lined with sharp teeth perfect for piercing meat. Inside lurked the giant’s tongue, large and saliva soaked. Tidus found himself rising into the air above the giant’s head. The world around him tilted and he found himself gazing down into the giant’s mouth. The blitzer began sliding down slowly as Kimahri tilted his hand. He could feel the Ronso’s breath even more intensely as he slid down toward his mouth. “W-wait! Please don’t do this! I-I-ll train really hard and become worthy to you! Please don’t eat me!” Kimahri ignores Tidus’ cries for help and feels the tiny human slide into his mouth. The small man’s body was warm and tasted like salty meat.

Tidus squirmed inside Kimahri’s mouth, his body was being constantly bombarded with spit and warm dry breath. His feet pressed into the giant’s tongue, the large organ swerving slowly under him like an awakening giant. Tidus made the attempt to escape the Ronso’s mouth but Kimahri slowly, almost tauntingly, closed it, sealing the tiny man inside to his fate. Tidus squirmed around in the dark, crashing into the giant’s cheek and falling on his back. He felt his clothing get soaked by the giant’s wet tongue as a web of saliva crashed into his face. “Ack!” The blitzer gags, it was growing hard to breathe and the Ronso’s breath smelled awful. He tried to crawl forward, the saliva seeping into his gloves and onto his hands. “Yuck!” He finds himself flying through the air suddenly as Kimahri flicks his tongue up. The tiny human slams against the muscular roof of Kimahri’s mouth before crashing back down onto his tongue.

Kimahri didn’t want to drag this execution out for too long but he really loved the taste of the tiny man. He knew he couldn’t drag this on too long less the others grow suspicious of what he was up to. He decided to just enjoy this a little longer for it would be the only time he got to do this.

Tidus finds himself smacking against the Ronso’s check before the giant’s tongue crashes into him from behind. He feels the wall of flesh expand with the giant’s breathing while saliva coats his backside. “Ragh!” The blitzer gags, the urge to vomit rising in his stomach. He had never felt so slimy and gross in his entire life and he absolutely despised it. Tidus attempted to push against the giant’s tongue, a move that encourages the Ronso to flip him over. The blitzer feels his crotch rub against the thick saliva covered tongue and his manhood stand to attention. He didn’t mean for that to happen as he certainly did not find this situation to be what he called arousing. Despite that, his body and his mind didn’t always meet eye to eye. He imagined his father laughing at him and bullying him about how he got off by being in mortal peril.

“Mmm…” Kimahri had tried to stifle a moan of pleasure but one had managed to escape him. The sound reverberated through his mouth, pounding in Tidus’ ears and shaking him gently. The blitzer found himself gripping onto the giant’s tongue for support, not knowing why. He felt the air growing warmer and the giant’s breathing growing louder. He knew what that meant but in the moment his mind couldn’t process it. The noise kept growing louder as the sickening slurping sound of the giant’s snaking tongue moving side to side grew fainter. Tidus felt something sucking him back slowly and it started to become clear to him what was happening. The blitzer began to kick wildly and try to claw his way forward back up the giant’s tongue. He found himself falling back further and began to hear the flexing and stretching of Kimahri’s throat. “Please stop!” Tidus begs, pleading for his life one final time even though he knew it was pointless.

‘Gulp’

Kimahri swallowed and the tiny man made his way into his throat, slowly sliding down the passage. Tidus heard the sickening flex of the Ronso’s throat as he began to move down the passage. The slimy walls of muscle around him squeezed his body like his adoring fans once did. He felt disgusting. He kicked against the walls, trying to kick his way back up toward the giant’s mouth like he was in the water. His efforts only made the giant’s throat work harder to pull him down. Tidus felt the walls squeeze more and more tightly against his body, the mucus like lube causing him to slide further and further. He could hear Kimahri’s heartbeat now, it was powerful like the warrior it belonged to. Tidus tried to say something but no words came out.

Tidus slipped down the giant’s throat and landed in his stomach with a splash. The acids surrounded him slowly like monsters circling their prey. It felt surprisingly nice, almost like a warm bath. The thundering sound of the giant’s gurgling stomach rang in his ears along with the sickening sound of churning stomach acids. He began to move, swimming around with shocking ease from his experience as a blitzball player. This did nothing for him however as the only thing around him aside from Kimahri’s stomach acids were the walls of the Ronso’s stomach. He pressed against one of the walls and began to kick it, hoping to cause some pain to the giant before he was digested. He expected Kimahri to bend over in pain, his hand to his stomach, but the giant didn’t even flinch. Instead, Kimahri began walking, his booming footsteps ringing through Tidus’ ears along with the sounds of the giant’s stomach. It was finally dawning upon Tidus that his efforts of escape were pointless and in an hour he would be digested. He let himself relax in this hopelessness, feeling the Ronso’s stomach acids rock him back and forth like ocean waves. He thought of his dad, cackling madly at him and pointing. He didn’t care anymore. All he hoped was that he gave Kimahri a bit more strength to help Yuna on her journey. He closed his eyes, and drifted.

Kimahri patted his stomach, feeling his acids working around the tiny human. He wished he did not have to resort to such methods but he did not regret his actions.

‘Bwarp!’

A loud burp escaped the Ronso’s mouth, one he did not expect but did not deny either.
